These noodles look delicious and you made them seem effortless to make. I don't have a pasta maker and it is not on my list of wants. My husband eats gluten free and if I had one, I would keep eating it and that is not the best.

I will get joy from looking at yours.

Thank you Megan,
You know what , it really is that easy. I can't believe it myself.
The key is the food processor. Try 2 cups of flour and 2 eggs. Process for a while until it balls up, then start adding small amounts of flour until it turns into small balls and they are moist. Done.

Now Baking, that is another story. I like the idea that the Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes had more of a muffin feel, at least for me. I am going to try them.

Thanks,
Belle did the same thing with our first pasta maker so I had to go out a get a new one ~ 2years ago for cooking. I am really looking forward to getting the $300+ attachment for my KitchenAid Stand Mixer that is a motorized pasta maker. That may be a while.

Wow! You make it seem so easy - it would take me all day to prepare fresh pasta - and believe me, I've tried.
