There are quite a few really good BBQ books including "The Complete Licence to Grill" by Chris Knight, "The New Steak" by Cree LeFavour and "The Best Barbeque on Earth" by Rick Browne. This last one takes you on a journey around the world much like The BBQ Bible. I have made many recipes from these books but at the time I was not doing the writing and so they did not get written up. I will have to revisit all these wonderful books and get some more posted.
