There’s something about a really good cookbook that really motivates me.

I have always bought cookbooks more for reading, less for something practical like creating a great meal.

When I read a good cookbook, it’s like armchair traveling. I get into the feeling of the great food offered in far-away places.

Not a surprise that I love to read Saveur magazine!
